Warranty is for exchange only within 90 days of date of purchase.
No refunds.
No refunds on freight.
Merchandise not defective or incorrect for application, regardless of who is at fault, may be returned within 7 days for exchange only or a merchandise credit less a 25% restock fee.
Electrical items - all sales final. No exceptions. We are not a test facility to have customers try our parts to determine problem with regard to electrical items. If electrical item becomes defective within warranty period, and as long as something in customer's vehicle being faulty did not cause our part to burn out, electrical item may be returned for the same part replacement item only - not a different item.
Defective merchandise may be returned for exchange only within 7 days from date of purchase. We will repair or replace merchandise or give you merchandise credit.
All merchandise presented for exchange must be in the same condition in which it was sold and must bear the identifying marks which appear on all Harbor Auto Parts. We are not responsible for any parts which have been altered, modified, disassembled or damaged by misuse or accident subsequent to purchase.
No exchange without original invoice.
Harbor Auto is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to labor, installation, removal or use of merchandise.
It is the sole responsibility of buyer to inspect merchandise for all defects or safety hazards or hire an expert to so inspect.
Merchandise cut to specifications is not returnable.
Wiring is sold FINAL SALE and not returnable.
